**How you'll make an impact**
As our Recruitment and Rostering Specialist with Elevo, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and rostering new employees.
A day in the life as a Recruitment and Rostering Specialist with Elevo Care may see you support our clients with:
- Recruiting and onboarding new staff members, managing rostering for individuals and groups within the company.
**What we're looking for**
As a patient, flexible, and understanding individual with a supportive and caring nature, ideally with experience within the disability or healthcare sectors, you will have:
- Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and rostering
- Success in facilitating cultural change
- Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and engage with staff
- Experience supporting people with disabilities
- Commitment to the rights of people with disabilities to live dignified lives
- Effective communication skills
- Able to accept responsibility
Desirable, however not essential:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Valid driver's licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
