Rostering and Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Rostering and Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with industry experience, excellent administrative skills, and a focus on delivering results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including rostering, timesheets, and site coverage. They will also work closely with internal stakeholders, maintain relationships, and assist with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations, including rostering, timesheets, and site coverage
- Maintain and manage relationships with internal stakeholders
- Issue employment contracts and compliance information
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Experience in administrative duties
- Experience in a similar field (highly desirable)
- Flexible working options available
- Available for up to 5 days a week, including weekends
- Good customer and client service skills
- Ability to liaise with internal and external partners
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
