The purpose of this role is to lead a team and drive a business in sports, recreation and youth engagement. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant and fun club culture, promoting the brand within the local community, and demonstrating our values of Commitment, Resilience, Integrity, Citizenship and Respect.

You will provide a safe environment for the youth of your community, implement community initiatives and programs, and deliver quality customer service, employee training and people leadership.

Key requirements include a minimum of 2 years management experience, proven experience in business management, operational planning and/or implementing innovative business ideas, strong networking and relationship building skills establishing valuable partnerships within the local community, and strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

To succeed in this role, you will also need to have a genuine care for your community and alignment to the organization's mission and values, as well as the ability to obtain necessary certifications such as a Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
