Program Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the operation of our residential rehabilitation and treatment program.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Australians in need.

  1. Lead a medium-sized team in delivering this service, ensuring high-quality outcomes for young people.
  2. Coordinate the roster of employees to ensure the service is appropriately staffed at all times.
  3. Act as an escalation point for the service, providing timely support and resolution to any issues that arise.
  4. Oversee the program's daily operations, ensuring efficient provision and support for young people.
  5. Support young people to engage with the program and make progress towards their goals.
  6. Provide supervision and guidance to the team, addressing areas for development and growth.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant funding agreements, monitoring and reporting on service delivery.
  8. Contribute to the ongoing development of the service, working closely with the Area Manager to identify areas for improvement.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A relevant qualification in community services, case management, or youth work.
  2. Demonstrated experience leading and developing a multidisciplinary team.
  3. Experience in youth work and/or case management, with a strong understanding of issues related to drug and alcohol abuse.
  4. Current NSW driver's license and evidence of Covid-19 vaccination.
