We seek an experienced Director of Youth Soccer to lead our energetic team.

This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, games on Saturday mornings, and developing the skills of our young athletes.

Key Requirements:

  • Able to effectively communicate with children and young adults
  • Strong knowledge of youth soccer development
  • High energy levels and enthusiasm for coaching
  • Previous experience playing or coaching at a competitive level
  • Passion for developing and mentoring young athletes

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated university student or someone passionate about youth sports looking to gain experience and develop their skills.

The position offers flexible hours with pay above award rates. The successful candidate must be able to commute to the Northern Beaches area and have a current NSW driver's license.
