Club Director Position

We are seeking an exceptional Club Director to lead our team of staff in delivering sports, recreational activities and youth engagement programs within the Club.

  • This role involves driving business growth, managing budgets, and ensuring sustainable activities that deliver a strong profit and loss performance for the club.
  • The Club Director will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading their team, while also creating a vibrant and fun club culture that meets the needs of our members and the local community.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building relationships in the local community through effective networking and leadership skills.
  • Creating a safe environment for youth by implementing appropriate policies and procedures.

  • Managing and developing staff to meet the needs of the club.

Adhering to compliance requirements, reporting and administration tasks is essential for this role.
