We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SMB Concierge Consultant to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls and lead referrals, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and working closely with our sales and retention teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls and lead referrals, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work closely with sales and retention teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Implement strategies to optimize conversion rates of inbound leads
  • Actively engage with potential customers to enhance lead transformation
  • Ensure proper execution of referral processes between ANZ and Worldline Payment Solutions Australia
  • Adhere to internal sales and retention triage processes and customer service processes
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer service orientated
  • Contact Centre experience
  • Proficient in customer leads management (CRM)
  • Adherence to internal processes and targets
Competencies
