SMB Concierge Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SMB Concierge Consultant to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our sales and retention team, you will be responsible for managing all inbound calls and lead referrals, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and working closely with our sales consultants and retention managers to drive sales and retention success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to optimize the conversion rate of inbound leads through adherence to Worldline's triaging frameworks
- Actively engage with potential customers during inbound calls to enhance lead transformation
- Increase new business and retention success rate through effective handling of inbound inquiries
- Ensure proper execution of the referral process between ANZ and Worldline Payment Solutions Australia
- Deliver on agreed outcomes for Quality Assurance, Conversion, and Call monitoring
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer service orientated
- Contact Centre experience
- Proficient in customer leads management (CRM)
