We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator at Affinity Education. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our childcare centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Area Manager to implement effective documentation collation systems for regulatory departments.
- Provide administrative support to Centre Managers across our centres.
- Handle phone inquiries and similar administrative tasks efficiently.
- Support account management activities and implement effective administrative processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Previous history in early childhood education (ideal).
- Experience in a management or leadership role.
- A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
- An individual with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to operate autonomously.
