About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Switch Automation. As a key member of our engineering services team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers onboard to the Switch Automation Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure the Switch Platform for client-specific buildings and portfolios, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain a library of common alert rules for Switch Automation to use, streamlining the process and enhancing customer experience.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of building systems to identify performance improvements and optimization opportunities, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide project support for hardware integration and software implementation projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide expert feedback and suggestions for meaningful improvements to the Switch Platform, driving innovation and customer delight.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes used by the various Switch teams, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Verify that the services provided align with the company's strategic vision, ensuring alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and customer trust.
  • Develop a deep understanding of smart building technologies and architecture to achieve customer desired outcomes, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support to the Engineering Team and Project/Account Managers for data collection, manipulation, and analysis, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including troubleshooting, logging software bugs, and testing, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, Building Science, or a substitute degree with building controls/building operations experience.
  • Achieving strategic customer objectives as collaboratively defined by the engineering services team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and develop good relationships with the Engineering team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Anticipated remuneration for the Denver-based position may be $19-$25 per hour. Compensation may be higher or lower than the stated range depending on factors unrelated to the applicant's race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ethnicity, age, or disability. Salaries can vary from this range based on geographic cost of labor, cost of living, and more.
