Product Manager for Digital Products

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the growth and success of our digital product offerings in web development and UI/UX design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping, managing, and expanding our digital product lines, driving revenue growth, and supporting the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enhance our web development and UI/UX products, identifying new opportunities and creating product roadmaps that align with market needs and business goals.
- Support the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets by providing strategic input, crafting proposals, and developing pricing models that maximize deal closure rates while maintaining profitability.
- Accurately scope a range of projects, from eCommerce solutions to bespoke system and API integrations, ensuring all projects are profitable and aligned with client expectations.
- Lead client consultations, including UX workshops and discovery sessions, offering expert guidance to define project goals and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Track and optimize product performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements that enhance client satisfaction, conversion rates, and overall product profitability.
- Manage the budget for product development, project costing, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient spending and maximum ROI.
- Identify new revenue opportunities by expanding and enhancing existing services and developing new products that align with market demand.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—design, development, marketing, and project management—to ensure consistency between product vision and delivery.
- Identify potential risks in product development and delivery, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain profitability and high client satisfaction.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager with a proven track record in managing and expanding digital product lines, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth. You should have expertise in leading UX workshops, scoping eCommerce solutions, and developing bespoke system and API integrations. A solid understanding of CRO strategies and customer experience optimization is also essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams are also required.
