Drive Product Growth at Reward Gateway

As a Product Marketing Manager at Reward Gateway, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, adoption, and engagement for new and existing products. Collaborating closely with the Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams, you will develop and execute product positioning, go-to-market plans, and sales enablement programs to maximize product growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead new product and partnership launches, working cross-functionally with key stakeholders, to deliver on key goals and product growth metrics across the full product lifecycle
• Own and continually test and optimize product positioning and go-to-market messaging
• Develop and lead Sales and Client Success enablement programs, product marketing campaigns, and communications programs to support new and existing product sales
• Develop and implement partnerships marketing programs across channel and product partnerships
• Continuously track and report on performance of product marketing campaigns and use key learnings to increase ROI

Requirements:
• Experience in product marketing for B2B solutions, ideally working with complex product portfolios in a B2B environment
• Experience in developing and managing sales enablement programs
• Excellent storytelling skills with experience crafting product positioning and sales narratives that distill what really matters to a customer in a meaningful way
• Strong analytical and growth mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret market and competitor intelligence to identify market and product growth opportunities and optimize results
• Experience with content creation across a range of formats and channels, including user videos
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work cross-functionally and effectively collaborate with different key stakeholder groups
