About the Role:

  • Prepare freshly prepared meals for residents in accordance with their specific needs.
  • Maintain adherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices.
  • Develop an understanding of specific dietary requirements to provide suitable options.
  • Acknowledge knowledge of safe handling & storage of chemicals.
Essential Requirements:
  • Prior experience in commercial cooking services.
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery from an accredited training body.
