Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Document Specialist.

A high-quality document production specialist is required to provide exceptional service and support to partners and fee earners globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate and high-quality document production services.
  • Profile tasks across a range of legal and non-legal work streams, including producing legal documentation using specialized templates or tailored as per requirements.
  • Conduct thorough document health checks, cleaning, and conversions, graphics/chart creation, document comparisons/blacklining, copy typing, audio typing, prioritizing tasks according to agreed deadlines.
  • Work seamlessly with our document management system for all document retrieval and return.
  • Ensure any handovers are completed in detail and accurately to ensure a continuous, seamless service.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the provision of first-class support services.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with colleagues globally.
  • Complete ad-hoc duties as requested by management.
Client Focus
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Ensure timely, efficient, and accurate communications with colleagues and clients.
Requirements
  • Excellent copy and audio typing skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) to Associate level.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience within a professional corporate services environment.
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and with sensitivity.
  • Demonstrate initiative and judgement.
  • Meet deadlines, prioritize workload, and work under pressure.
