Job Title: Product Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and distributors.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and converting sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • This includes developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing training and education on products, and managing territory sales plans and pipelines.
  • Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for initiating discussions with customers about new products, analysing data to identify risks and opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain key relationships with healthcare providers and distributors.
  2. Grow sales revenue by identifying and converting sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
  3. Initiate discussions with customers about new products to generate sales opportunities.
  4. Provide training, education and in-servicing on Haines Medical products.
  5. Actively manage your territory sales plan and sales pipeline and ensure accurate recording of all related data including CRM system.
  6. Seek customer feedback to assist with new product development.
  7. Provide a high level of customer service to resolve customer or product complaints.
