About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated draftsperson to fill a key role in our product development team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Model new house designs with accuracy and attention to detail using industry-standard software.
  • Produce detailed documentation for use by internal departments.
  • Evaluate and improve the quality of design and documentation through critical analysis.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers to achieve efficient product development.
  • Maintain and update existing libraries of design modules and master plans.
  • Stay informed about relevant building codes and regulations, including Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC).
About You:
  • You have a passion for creating beautiful homes for Australians and share our core values.
  • You hold a minimum educational qualification in Diploma of Building Design or equivalent.
  • You possess strong knowledge of construction processes and downstream impacts of design modifications.
  • You have at least 2 years' experience as an architectural draftsman within the residential home design sector.
  • You excel in a team environment, managing time effectively and working under pressure.
