Job Description:

The Project Quality Administrator role is responsible for managing and controlling Crown's documentation system to the highest standards, ensuring information accuracy, up-to-dateness, and compliance with organisational procedures, ISO 9001, and regulatory requirements.

This position focuses on owning the document control process for major electrical projects, maintaining and organising document repositories in Microsoft SharePoint, including setting up and managing site permissions. Ensuring version control, storage and retrieval processes are followed so nothing is lost or outdated, is also a key responsibility.

The coordinator will compile product Verification Dossiers for customer compliance, checking every page for accuracy and completeness. Reviewing and updating Quality Management documentation to ensure compliance and relevance is also a critical task.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in document control within engineering, construction or manufacturing
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and strong SharePoint experience
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems, ideally ISO 9001
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and time management
  • A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
  • An interest in learning new tools, including AI, to improve productivity
