Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive calendar management for senior executives, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage travel arrangements, screen emails, and draft executive-level responses as required.
  • Review and process expenses, assist with policy changes, and support legal document execution.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for meetings, ensuring timely delivery.
Finance Team Support
  • Oversee onboarding for new Finance team members.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration and teamwork within the Finance Leadership Team.
  • Plan and execute Finance team events.
Project Management and Administration
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks, manage projects to improve workflow, and identify bottlenecks.
  • Streamline tasks and coordinate internal events.

You will work closely with the CFO and other senior leaders to provide exceptional administrative support, enabling them to focus on strategic decision-making.

This role requires a highly organised and proactive professional with strong time management skills, a tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related field, and proven experience supporting executive leaders.

Your high level of initiative and ability to anticipate needs will enable you to deliver exceptional results with attention to detail and discretion.
