The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our people operations team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Business partnering with our leaders to drive strategic initiatives and improve business outcomes
  • Leadership development and coaching to equip leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Complex issue resolution and providing strategic guidance on employee issues
  • Driving accountability and improvements in our people operations team, including data insights, process improvement, and team leadership
About You

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic HR Manager or Business Partner role in a high-performance environment
  • 1+ years of people management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and regulations, with a bonus for experience with Philippines and Japanese legislation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track people metrics and reporting
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to oversee the delivery of people operations projects
