Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the warehouse and logistics team to ensure seamless operations and high service levels.
  • Implement best practice processes and operating procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and execute a 3,000sqm warehouse move while ensuring minimal disruption to business-as-usual trade.
  • Prepare and manage expansion for peak periods, including Black Friday and warehouse sales.
  • Manage relationships and accounts with nationwide logistics partners, including SmartFreight.
  • Oversee the owned delivery truck and scheduling for Sydney Metro.
  • Lead and mentor the warehouse team leads and logistics coordinator to unleash their potential and grow their confidence.

What We Need From You

We are looking for a hands-on leader who is naturally respected by their team due to their involved nature, ability to inspire others, and overall positivity. You should have a wealth of knowledge across warehouse operations and logistics, and be able to instil confidence in your team. Previous experience within a scale-up/ecommerce environment is essential to add value from day one.
