The Role:
As a Team Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the People & Culture team. You'll be people-centric, liaising with candidates and employees to ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout recruitment, onboarding, and beyond. Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, you will be proactive, organised, and capable of working in a busy, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, system updates, and right to work checks.
- Coordinate HR reporting, maintain employee data, and assist with compliance and probation tracking.
- Assist with recruitment processes, such as posting ads and scheduling interviews.
- Manage administrative tasks such as handling the HR inbox and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with payroll, HR, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations.
About You:
- 1-3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced corporate setting. No experience within the HR space is needed for this role.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- A proactive, adaptable approach to work and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
