About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People Partner Manager to join our team at The Star Entertainment Group. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy and delivering business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with corporate and operational functions to align with our wider people strategy
  • Lead the development of leadership capability and meet regulatory and governance requirements
  • Partner with leaders to ensure the people agenda is a priority and solutions meet unique business needs
  • Prioritize and partner in building financially sound recommendations for People & Performance initiatives
  • Coach and develop leaders to perform as leaders and educate them on our People operating model
What We're Looking For
  • Proven work experience in a People Advisory role
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or Organisational Development
  • Strong relationship, coaching, influencing and communication skills to build leadership teams
  • Demonstrates a proactive business partnership, driven by a self-starter mindset and an unwavering can-do attitude

You are a natural collaborator and communicator, able to understand and explain complex business requirements and strategy. You appreciate the unique needs of each business unit and are able to leverage your experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated work environment.
