About the Role

This is a full-time position within a highly respected Charity, where you will be an integral part of our vibrant team, providing essential support for our People and Culture initiatives. The role involves four days dedicated to the People and Culture Team and one day of administrative support to the Clinical Care, Risk and Compliance Manager in the Quality team.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

  • Providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Contributing to various People and Culture projects.
  • Providing comprehensive People and Culture administration support.
  • Offering general administration support to the Clinical Care, Risk and Compliance Manager, including data entry, report preparation, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in HR administration or support roles.
  • Qualifications in HR, Business or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Current Australian drivers licence.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
