About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to join our team at Home in Place. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing operational budgets, meeting financial and operational targets, and providing regular reports on performance, budget, risks, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translating strategic goals into actionable plans and guiding teams to achieve key objectives.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to foster a culture of growth and effectiveness among team members.
  • Implementing our organisation's operational strategy and exemplifying our values.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess substantial experience in the Housing and Homelessness sector, including collaboration with governmental and non-governmental entities. Your expertise in people management, communication, and stakeholder engagement will be paramount. You will also possess:

  • Qualifications in business management or significant leadership experience in community services.
  • Proficient knowledge of policy, process, and procedure related to Housing Access & Demand.
  • Strong reporting and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and managing risks effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proven track record in mentoring teams to achieve quality outcomes.
