  • Provide strategic and operational HR support, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, organisational change, and compliance.">
  • Partner with leaders at all levels to enhance organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and retention.">
  • Act as a consultant on HR initiatives to maintain a positive, productive workplace.">
  • Manage complex projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Broad expertise and credibility in HR practices, concepts, trends and issues in the relevant market.">
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislative and legal issues and employment related laws.">
  • Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with key executives.">
  • Experience working in a global professional services environment.">
  • Experience with payroll practices and processes.">
  • Working knowledge of benefits and immigration issues.">
  • General knowledge of remuneration practices, performance management, training, development, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and succession planning.">
  • Substantial business acumen and understanding of HR's link to business strategy.">
  • High-level project management skills; ability to develop actionable plans supporting business strategy.">
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.">
  • High customer orientation with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.">
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.">
  • 8+ years of related experience.">
  • SPHR or PHR certification.">

This is a hybrid work schedule (3-4 days in office, up to 2 days remote).
