We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL BUSINESS LEADERS TO SUPPORT PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT AND ENABLE GROWTH.
  • GUIDE AND SUPPORT LEADERS IN MANAGING EMPLOYEE ISSUES, INVESTIGATIONS, AND CASE MANAGEMENT IN ALIGNMENT WITH OUR VALUES AND POLICIES.
  • DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN LOCAL INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS, SUPPORTING LEADERS IN NEGOTIATIONS ALIGNED WITH OUR OVERALL INDUSTRIAL STRATEGY.
  • LEAD THE LOCAL ROLL-OUT OF PEOPLE & CULTURE INITIATIVES AND SUPPORT ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, HUMAN RESOURCES, OR A RELATED FIELD.
  • SUBSTANTIAL EXPERIENCE IN HR BUSINESS PARTNERING, EMPLOYEE AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS, ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE, AND HR PLANNING.
  • STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES, INCLUDING EXPERIENCE WITH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AND EXPOSURE TO ACQUISITIONS AND INTEGRATIONS.
  • EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD STRONG, EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS ALL LEVELS OF THE BUSINESS.
