Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will be responsible for aligning people strategies with company values and operational objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that foster a safe, accountable, and supportive work environment, empowering employees to contribute meaningfully while driving sustainable business outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee matters, including workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management, ensuring fair and consistent application of employment legislation and best practice.
  • Influence, advise, and coach senior leaders and managers to foster a respectful, inclusive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.
About You / Qualifications:
  • You hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related business discipline, with strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and industrial relations principles.
  • You have experience in employee relations, case management, and performance management, with the ability to deliver workshops that drive engagement and practical application of concepts.
Work Arrangements:

The mine site is located approximately 2.5 hours' drive from Perth, AU, offering flexible work arrangements, including a Monday–Friday (5/2) schedule locally or a 4/3 DIDO arrangement with on-site camp accommodation.
