We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 120 luxury residential properties in QLD.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to deliver exceptional results and take their career to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of high-end properties, ensuring maximum occupancy rates and rental income.

You will conduct thorough property inspections, coordinate repairs and maintenance, handle tenant inquiries, and execute lease agreements. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as proficiency in property management software Property Me and knowledge of relevant legislation and industry changes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of luxury residential properties in QLD, ensuring maximum occupancy rates and rental income.
  • Conduct thorough property inspections, including routine inspections, entry, and exit reports.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance promptly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Execute lease agreements and conduct thorough tenant screenings.
  • Collaborate with property owners to deliver proactive communication and financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a Property Manager, with expertise in managing residential properties.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
  • Well-presented and professional demeanor, instilling confidence in clients.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in property management software Property Me.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annumBenefits
