Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our portfolio management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of residential tenancies, including end-to-end property management, dispute resolution, insurance claims, and QCAT submissions.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate preparation of documentation relating to residential tenancy, managing ingoing and outgoing tenancies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and conducting regular property inspections. You will also be responsible for overseeing marketing efforts for vacant tenancies and coordinating leasing inspections.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders on property-related matters, handle tenant inquiries and complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a current QLD Certificate of Registration, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A strong understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations, as well as experience in property management, would be highly regarded. You should also be proficient in using technology to manage day-to-day tasks and maintain accurate records.

LocationThis role is based in Brisbane, Queensland, and involves working on-site at various properties. You will be required to travel to different locations to conduct property inspections and attend meetings with clients and stakeholders.
