Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Supervisor/Assessor position, responsible for managing residential building repair projects across Queensland.

The ideal candidate will possess proven project management skills and the ability to oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to a high standard.

Key duties include:

  • Conducting onsite meetings with clients to assess, report and quote for repairs
  • Liaising with trade partners to allocate and schedule work
  • Providing timely updates to stakeholders and insurance companies
  • Overseeing trade activities to ensure high-quality and safe outcomes
Qualifications
  • QBCC Site Supervisor license (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience supervising multi-trade construction sites required
  • Intermediate-level computer literacy, with proficiency in estimating/project management software an advantage
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards
