About the Position

As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing residential building repair projects across Queensland.

Your proven leadership skills will assist you in ensuring your portfolio is managed on time and to a high standard all whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meetings with clients, assessing, reporting and quoting for repairs and establishing the scope of works
  • Liaising with trade contractors, allocating and scheduling works throughout your repair portfolio
  • Providing timely updates to stakeholders
  • Overseeing construction activities to ensure all work is being completed to the highest possible quality and safety standards
Requirements:
  • QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience supervising / project managing multi-trade construction sites required
  • Intermediate-level computer literacy (previous experience using estimating software is a bonus)
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards
