We are seeking to expand our experienced Repairs Team with an additional Express Repairs Coordinator, working out of our Fortitude Valley office.

- Eager to expand knowledge within the construction and insurance industry
Key Responsibilities:
As an Express Repair Coordinator, you will:
- Work with a Project Manager to progress small value repair claims.
- Assist customers, insurers and fellow team members in progressing/updating claims on company portals.
- Build and develop stakeholder relationships to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, answering queries regarding claims or referring to the correct team member.
- Action Emergency Make Safe tasks within your region.
- Triage and evaluate multiple residential insurance claims on a daily basis.
- Actively celebrate success with your team
A clear police history check and medical clearance are required to be successful in the role.
This position would suit applicants with experience in Property Management, Construction Administration or Scheduling. If you feel you meet most of the requirements, or, have a willingness to be trained within the Insurance or Construction industry, we would love to hear from you
