Senior Building Repair Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage a portfolio of residential building repair projects across Queensland.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor/Assessor to leverage their skills and expertise in overseeing trade activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting onsite meetings with clients, assessing, reporting, and quoting for repairs and establishing the scope of works
- Liaising with a network of tradespeople, allocating, and scheduling works throughout your repair portfolio
- Providing regular updates to insurance companies, homeowners, and internal stakeholders
- Possession of a QBCC Site Supervisor licence or ability to obtain
- Proven experience in supervising / project managing multi-trade construction sites
- Intermediate-level computer literacy, with previous experience using estimating / project management software a plus
- Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and OHS standards
