Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects from assessment to completion.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in supervising residential construction in the insurance industry.
  • A strong understanding of Australian Standards, the Building Act, and compliance requirements is essential.
  • Exceptional time management skills, leadership experience, and a customer-focused approach are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver top-notch work.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring invoicing aligns with project goals.
Requirements:
  • Trade certification (Cert III) preferred, with Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction a plus.
  • Experience in estimating as part of previous roles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
