We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects from assessment to completion.
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in supervising residential construction in the insurance industry.
- A strong understanding of Australian Standards, the Building Act, and compliance requirements is essential.
- Exceptional time management skills, leadership experience, and a customer-focused approach are also required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver top-notch work.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring invoicing aligns with project goals.
- Trade certification (Cert III) preferred, with Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction a plus.
- Experience in estimating as part of previous roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
