Building Repair Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and oversee a portfolio of building repair projects across Queensland. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a proven track record in managing multi-trade construction sites, and intermediate-level computer literacy.
The role involves onsite meetings with clients, assessing, reporting, and quoting for repairs. You will also be responsible for liaising with our trade base, allocating and scheduling works, providing timely updates to stakeholders, and overseeing trade activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- To succeed in this role, you will possess a QBCC Site Supervisor licence and previous experience supervising or project managing construction sites.
