We are currently looking for a Residential Supervisor to join our team and be responsible for managing a portfolio of building repair projects across Queensland. If you are looking to transition off the tools, conduct assessments and organise trades, this will be the perfect fit for you
About the Role
As a Supervisor at ABC Group, your project management skills will assist you in ensuring your portfolio is managed on time, within budget and to a high standard all whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.
Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to);
- Onsite meetings with clients, assessing, reporting and quoting for repairs and establishing the scope of works
- Liaising with our extensive trade base, allocating and scheduling works throughout your repair portfolio
- Providing timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders
- Overseeing trade activities to ensure all work is being completed to the highest possible quality and safety standards
To ensure your success you will possess the following;
- QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience supervising / project managing multi-trade construction sites is a bonus
- Intermediate-level computer literacy (previous experience using estimating / project management software is a bonus)
- Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.

• Coordinating Trades and materials
• Quoting, estimating, scope of works and variations
• Residential renovation and maintenance
• Health and Safety management
• Quality Assurance
• Scheduling and planning
• Working to policies and procedures
• Using project management software
• Project and budget management
