Job DescriptionAs an Administrative Support Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our residential home.
You will answer and manage telephone enquiries and/or messages in an efficient and effective manner.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain working relationships.
You will collaborate with all members of staff to achieve desired outcomes for each resident and facility.
- Maintain effective and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the facility, ensuring a timely and responsive service.
- Establish, maintain and update office systems applicable to the facility.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- A sound understanding of excellent customer service principles.
- Highly developed word processing and keyboard skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
