Senior Clinical Leader in Speech Pathology

As a senior clinical leader in speech pathology, you will provide high-quality services and leadership across rehabilitation and subacute wards.
About the RoleThe Grade 3 Subacute Speech Pathologist will be responsible for:
- Providing expert clinical guidance on subacute speech pathology management of patients with communicative disorders.
- Mentoring junior speech pathologists to enhance their skills and confidence.
This is a key leadership opportunity requiring strong strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop relationships with key stakeholders and ensure that speech pathology services are evidence-based.
Applicants must have a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) or equivalent, eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia, and knowledge of relevant position papers/Code of Ethics.
Requirements- A minimum of 7 years' experience in adult speech pathology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
