Clinical Leader for Speech Pathology Services

The role of Senior Speech Pathologist is a key position within our organization, requiring an experienced professional to provide high-quality speech pathology services to clients with a range of conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech pathology services to clients with complex communication needs, including augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and stuttering support.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' communication goals, working closely with adults and children who have a range of conditions, including ASD, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Developmental delays.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to clients, participating in ongoing professional development and mentoring opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Supervise and train speech pathologists and allied health assistants in clinic settings, contributing to the development and implementation of speech pathology programs and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of speech pathology practices through research and education.
