Clinical Leadership Opportunity in Subacute Speech Pathology

This is a senior leadership position within the subacute speech pathology team at a leading healthcare institution. The Grade 3 Subacute Speech Pathologist will provide high-quality clinical services and leadership to patients with communicative disorders.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning for the department
- Clinical assessment and management of patients based on current knowledge of clinical policies and professional standards
- Maintenance of evidence-based speech pathology services
The role involves mentoring junior speech pathologists and contributing to the department's strategic plan. To be successful, you will need a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) or equivalent and eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia. You should also have at least 7 years' experience in adult speech pathology and highly developed interpersonal skills.
