Speech Pathology Clinical Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Pathology Team Manager to lead our team of speech therapists and provide high-quality services to clients with various conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Leadership: Lead and manage a team of speech pathologists in delivering excellent client care.
- Talent Development: Support staff growth and development, ensuring independence and effective supervision of students on placement.
- Client Variety: Work with adults and children having diverse conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and others.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement clinical practice guidelines, manage KPIs, report results, and take on complex cases.
- Dedicated administrative support.
- Ongoing clinical development opportunities.
- Mentoring and supervision from experienced professionals.
