Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Technical Consultant. This role is crucial in our Digital Capital Program and requires someone with expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting voice solutions using various tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement complex voice/telephony/unified communications solutions aligned with industry best practices and standards.
  • Design and recommend system configurations, migration strategies, and document design standards, methods, and tools consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures.
  • Evaluate risks, configure systems, validate vendor designs, ensure implementation plans, and review bills of material and statement of works.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a demonstrated ability to lead the design, publication, implementation, compliance, and delivery of Enterprise technical solutions/ICT changes to industry best practice frameworks for large-scale IM/ICT infrastructure delivery projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to design, assess, review, and advise on high-level and detailed technical specifications to support the integration of Telephony, Paging, Messaging, and Unified Communications services into healthcare environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with builders, third-party integrators, and service management teams to ensure delivery of ICT services to high-quality standards.
  • Strong background in ICT solution design, review, change assessment, and technical assurance in line with service management and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working with ICT governance processes, standard operating environments, and technical design assurance.
  • Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and act as the key technical escalation point for complex telephony and messaging solutions.
