Senior Voice Solutions Architect

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a highly skilled professional to design, implement and troubleshoot voice solutions using various tools and systems. Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager, you will lead the assessment, analysis and implementation of complex voice solutions ensuring alignment with best practice frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced voice solutions leveraging latest technologies and trends.
  • Evaluate risks to infrastructure integrity in proposed implementations and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Maintain and enhance expertise in current and emerging products, including Alcatel and Cisco Unified Communications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for enterprise ICT services and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in designing and delivering technical solutions for large-scale IM/ICT projects.
  • High-level understanding of SIP trunk selection/routing/SBC fundamentals.
  • Experience in resolving complex issues in large enterprise voice networks.
  • Knowledge of paging and messaging systems, DECT/Wireless Voice skills and complex issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
