Job Overview

Lead Complex ICT Solutions Design and Implementation

As a seasoned technical expert, you will lead the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation planning of complex voice/telephony/unified communications solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing voice solutions using various design tools and management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement voice solutions with multiple vendors.
  • Develop comprehensive technical specifications for large-scale ICT infrastructure delivery projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of ICT services to Queensland Health standards.
  • Provide technical assurance and review high-level and detailed technical specifications.
Qualifications and Skills

Proven ability to lead ICT solution design, publication, implementation, compliance, and delivery in line with industry best practice frameworks for large-scale IM/ICT infrastructure delivery projects.

  • Expertise in designing, assessing, reviewing, and advising on Telephony, Paging, Messaging, and Unified Communications (TPM-UC) services integration into hospitals.
  • Experience working with project teams, builders, and third-party integrators.
  • Strong background in ICT solution design, review, change assessment, and technical assurance.
  • Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and act as key technical escalation point for complex telephony and messaging solutions.
