As a key technical advisor, you will lead the design and implementation of voice solutions across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop complex voice/telephony/unified communications strategies and implement plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate infrastructure integrity and configuration changes on systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
  • Review vendor designs, validate implementation plans, and assess bills of material and statement of works.
Key Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical solution design, publication, and delivery in line with industry frameworks for large-scale ICT projects.
  • Experience with Telephony, Paging, Messaging, and Unified Communications services, including technologies like Unified Communications Systems and Paging Solutions.
  • Strong background in ICT solution design review, change assessment, and technical assurance in accordance with service management and compliance standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and act as the key technical escalation point for complex telephony and messaging solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of technology trends, business needs, and stakeholder expectations.
