Technical Expertise Lead

Job Description:

The Technical Expertise Lead will lead the assessment, analysis, development, and implementation of complex voice solutions. This includes designing systems, recommending migration strategies, documenting design standards, and evaluating risks to infrastructure integrity.

  • Design and implement complex voice solutions using various tools and systems.
  • Develop and document design standards, methods, and tools in line with enterprise architectures.
  • Evaluate risks to infrastructure integrity and conduct configuration changes in accordance with work programs.
  • Validate vendor designs and review implementation plans, bills of material, and statements of work.
  • Maintain and enhance expertise in current and emerging products, technologies, and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical assessments and analyses to inform solution development.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and guidelines for voice solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in voice technology.

Requirements:

  • High-level expertise and experience in Alcatel and Cisco Voice communication solutions.
  • Proven skills in analyzing and resolving complex issues in large enterprise voice networks.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and delivering technical solutions aligned with industry best practices for large-scale IM/ICT projects.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with a record of evaluating technical requirements in complex environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including negotiation, advising, influencing, and collaborative decision-making.
