Job Overview

The role of Principal Technical Consultant entails leading the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex voice solutions utilizing a range of tools and systems. This position requires expertise in Alcatel Voice, Paging, and Messaging technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation planning of complex voice/telephony/unified communications solutions.
  2. Ensure alignment with best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures.
  3. Specify and design complex systems and recommend strategies for migrating eHealth to proposed solutions, documenting design standards, methods, and tools.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the design, publication, implementation, compliance, and delivery of Enterprise technical solutions/ICT changes to industry best practice frameworks for large-scale IM/ICT infrastructure delivery projects.
  • Ability to work closely with builders, third-party integrators, eHealth Service Management Teams, and project teams to ensure delivery of ICT services to Queensland Health standards.
  • Strong background in ICT solution design, review, change assessment, and technical assurance in line with service management and compliance frameworks.
