Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key retail accounts, ensuring alignment between brand vision and objectives.
  • Drive analytics of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior, tracking and reporting on sales performance.

About You
You will be an established Head of Sales with current experience in managing leading retailers, specifically within the toys category. Your background should include:

  • Sound trading terms and category reviews.
  • Commercially led management of promotional programs.
  • Possessing acute forecasting and customer demand planning competencies.
