International Sales Director for Global Expansion

We are seeking a highly driven International Sales Director to lead our global expansion efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO of Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS), this individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening channel partnerships in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Maintain and enhance existing channel partnerships in the assigned region, improving customer relationships and expanding new channels as needed.
- Manage direct sales to key accounts, while proactively seeking new customer opportunities through various sales channels.
- Collect and analyze market information, staying updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of success in international sales, with strong execution and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Familiarity with international trade processes, documentation, and market-related policies, regulations, and conventions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
