We are seeking a highly experienced Sales professional to join our team at EBR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audiovisual or commercial real estate industry, with experience in office fitouts assistance.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and establishing their interest in our company's offerings, capabilities, and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through tele/e-marketing, cold calls, and other strategies.
  • Maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales, service delivery, and administration teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Clear English communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience in commercial real estate and office fitouts assistance is desirable.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, including formal and informal presentations, listening ability, and effective issue escalation.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
